In El Tuito, Jalisco, everything is part of the same cycle. We live in harmony with a fertile land that we care for and from which we feed.
It all begins with rainwater, which we collect and distribute through canals to nourish the plantation. For each agave we harvest, we plant a new one, weaving a promise of continuity. In this ritual, nothing is lost; the agave bagasse returns to the earth as fertilizer, and the must helps us seal the stills, returning each element to its origin.
This is the legacy of our producers, who care for and live off this land, creating a root that is a faithful reflection of the ecosystem that gave us birth.
